Real Estate Owned (REO) and Foreclosure Assistance
You have completed all Pre-Foreclosure procedures, what do you do now that you have taken ownership of a property? Trimmer Associates can assist you in getting your asset to a sellable condition or confirm that it is already in a condition to sell. Let us help you determine if renovations are needed or to sell as-is through a Property Condition Assessment and further assist with a cost to complete report, estimating, and finding a contractor if needed.
